I visited the surgery yesterday ( it’s not my normal surgery) after needing an emergency appointment before going on holiday.
From the lady I spoke to on the phone, to the lady who greeted me on the desk, to the dentist (Jane) who helped me- they were all so kind, reassuring and lovely.

I had a raging toothache from a broken tooth. Having phoned round many local surgeries with no success I stumbled across these guys. They found me an emergency appointment for the next morning. Yesterday I had a tooth extraction and a root from an old extraction. I am a very nervous visitor to the dentist but yesterday I have to say it was a totally new experience. I didn't feel the injection at all and couldn't believe it when she said "all done".  Today , it is perfect too. The ladies at the practise are all totally amazing.
