• Sensitive toothpaste takes patience because it works gradually, and that waiting period is honestly the annoying part.
• A dental checkup during pregnancy is worth keeping, especially if the pain sticks around or keeps showing up in the same tooth.
• Less pressure while brushing matters more than people think, though many of us still brush like we are trying to remove paint.
When It Might Be More Than Normal Sensitivity
Your dentist can treat dental problems during pregnancy. Waiting because you are pregnant often makes things more stressful, not less. The old idea that dental visits should be avoided during pregnancy is one I wish people would drop.
