Lemon doesn’t usually stain teeth yellow by itself. Frequent exposure to its acid is the bigger concern because enamel erosion can make teeth look yellower over time.
So enjoy the lemon. Just don’t spend the entire morning sipping it like it’s a personality trait. Your teeth have enough going on already.
